Empowering Women Through Integrative Health

Championing Integrative Health for Women.

We're on a mission to transform the landscape of women's health - raising awareness of holistic and integrative approaches, educating practitioners, empowering women, and building a community that demands better.

Championing a New Approach to Women's Health

The Women's Integrative Health Collective exists to raise awareness of holistic and integrative approaches to women's health. We believe every woman deserves to know that care can go beyond treating symptoms — addressing the full spectrum of physical, emotional, and social wellbeing.

We're not a clinic. We're a collective — bringing together voices, expertise, and passion to shine a light on integrative medicine and make sure more women know it exists, understand how it works, and can access it.

Inspired by pioneering organisations like the National Centre for Integrative Medicine (NCIM), we're building a movement that educates, connects, and advocates — putting women back in the driving seat of their own health.

Our Four Pillars

At the heart of our mission are four foundational pillars that guide our efforts in transforming women's health.

Promoting Holistic Care

Raising awareness of whole-person healthcare that addresses body, mind, and spirit — helping women understand how conventional and complementary approaches can work together.

Educating & Empowering

Knowledge is power. We provide women and healthcare professionals with the information, resources, and education they need to make informed health decisions.

Fostering Community

Health is better together. We create supportive networks where women can connect, share experiences, and learn about integrative healthcare in community settings.

Advocating for Women's Health

We campaign for policies that prioritise women's health, pushing for integrative medicine to be recognised and accessible as part of mainstream healthcare.

How We're Making a Difference

We don't deliver clinical services — we raise awareness, educate, and advocate so that integrative health becomes accessible to every woman.

Awareness Campaigns

We shine a spotlight on integrative and holistic approaches to women's health — making sure more women know these options exist and understand how they can complement conventional care.

Education & Workshops

Empowering workshops, events, and resources for both women and healthcare professionals — covering topics from hormonal health to mind-body practices and integrative nutrition.

Community Building

Creating spaces — online and in person - where women can connect, share experiences, and learn from each other. Health is better when we're in it together.

Practitioner Empowerment

Supporting healthcare professionals with the knowledge and networks they need to incorporate integrative approaches into their practice and better serve women's health needs.

Policy & Advocacy

Campaigning for policies that prioritise women's health and push for integrative medicine to be recognised as part of the mainstream approach to care and wellbeing.

Resource Hub

Curating evidence-based resources, guides, and information to help women make informed decisions about their health and navigate the world of integrative medicine with confidence.

Integrative medicine combines conventional medical treatments with evidence-based complementary therapies. It takes a whole-person approach — addressing physical, emotional, and lifestyle factors — to create personalised care plans that support your overall health and wellbeing.

How does WIHC support women's health?

We don't deliver clinical care - we raise awareness, educate, and advocate. WIHC supports women by sharing evidence-based information about integrative health options, building community spaces, connecting women with trusted practitioners, and campaigning for better access to holistic care across the UK.

Is WIHC a medical clinic?

No - we're not a clinic. WIHC is an awareness and advocacy collective. Our mission is to educate women and healthcare professionals about integrative health options, build community, and campaign for better access to holistic care. We can help point you towards trusted practitioners and resources.

Who can join WIHC?

Anyone who shares our passion for women's health is welcome. Whether you're a woman looking to learn more about integrative approaches, a healthcare professional wanting to expand your practice, or simply someone who believes women deserve better - there's a place for you in the collective.
